Game doesnt load

I have another complaint about the game. This time its about the loading screen, whenever I try to open the app itd load and everything, but it stops at "Loading player profile.." Then when I wait, Id get a pop-up message with the in-game like message box saying "Failed to connect! Please check your Internet connection." When I already have connection on. Please fix the glitch. Id like to check out the new update.
